Liberto was named the ECAC Mid-Atlantic Field Hockey Tournament MVP. Liberto was a crucial part of the Crusaders ECAC run, notching the game-winning overtime goal in the quarterfinals and netting both goals for Alvernia in the semifinal. Liberto also have a goal in the Crusaders 4-0 win over Stevenson in the final. Liberto graduates sixth all-time in career goals scored with 31 and total points with 75.
