Malik Green became the 28th player in Alvernia Men's Basketball history to score 1,000 career points with a 23 point performance in a win over Albright on Wednesday in a 1-0 week for Alvernia. Green's 23 points led all scorers on the night. He was 7-for-14 from the field and 2-for-5 from beyond the arc. He was also 7-for-7 at the line, including the point that marked his 1,000th. Green also led all rebounders with 12 boards on the night.
