Nathan Lackman was named the Outstanding Wrestler of the 2024 Messiah University Petrofes Invitational after taking first place at 174 lbs. Lackman started the tournament out with a 20-2 technical fall over Muhlenberg’s Aiden Weingard, and progressed to the quarterfinals with a 1:04 pin over Saint Vincent’s Nathan Barkley. Lackman then tech-falled Springfield’s Nick Rogers in the quarterfinals and secured a trip to the championship match with a 19-4 technical fall over Lycoming’s Nolen Zeigler. Lackman took first place with an 11-2 major decision over Messiah’s Austin Brass.
