Owen Reber took first place at heavyweight on Saturday at the Ursinus Racich Rumble. Reber started his day with a 7-1 decision over St. John Fisher’s Micah Gillespie, and followed that with a 9-0 win over Messiah’s Kaleb Britting in the quarterfinals. Reber then defeated Ursinus’ Sam Rock via a 6-0 decision and took first place with a 3-1 win over NYU’s Nathan Faxon in the finals. Reber gave up just two points in total - both of which came off escapes.
