Reading, Pa. (Feb. 11, 2012) - Alvernia University (15-7, 6-5) looks to solidify its playoff positioning today when it hosts Elizabethtown College (8-13, 4-7) Saturday afternoon at the Physical Education Center. The Crusaders had one of their most efficient games of the season in an 80-52 win at Etown on Jan. 21. Today Alvernia will recognize its senior class including
Brian Nerney (Middletown, N.J./Red Bank Catholic),
Stefan Thompson (Philadelphia, Pa./G.A.M.P.), and
Cory Boone (Howard, Pa./Bald Eagle).
