Owings Mill, Md. (Feb. 14, 2017) - Stevenson University (16-8, 11-4) shot 60% from the floor in the second half of a 72-34 victory over Alvernia University (2-22, 2-13) Tuesday evening in MAC Commonwealth women's basketball action.

Stevenson held a 20-point advantage at the half before posting a 28-2 run across the third quarter.

The Crusaders outscored Stevenson 23-15 in the final frame as Liv Andrefski and Kiersten Ingram each drained seven points in the last ten minutes.

Andrefski netted a team-high 11 points on the night, while Ingram gathered a season-high 10 boards.

Sara Tarbert led the way for the Mustangs, putting away 16 points with 11 rebounds.

The Crusaders will play their final contest of the season on Saturday, hosting Widener University at 1:00 pm.
