Reading, Pa. (Oct. 9, 2018) - Alvernia University won two of the three doubles matches and five of six singles matches for a 7-2 win over Penn State-Berks Tuesday afternoon in non-conference men's tennis action at Berks.

Berks won the No. 1 doubles match 9-7, but Alvernia took the early lead winning the No. 2 and 3 doubles matches.

Mike Brophy won the No. 1 singles match 6-2, 6-3 and the Golden Wolves followed with wins at each of the last four singles matches.

Alvernia continues the fall season this weekend at the MAC Individual Tournament.
