Williamsport, Pa. (Apr. 21, 2018) - Lycoming College (6-10, 2-4) squeezed out a 5-4 win over Alvernia University (2-8, 1-5) Saturday afternoon in MAC Commonwealth men's tennis action at Lycoming.

The Warriors took each of the top two doubles matches with Alvernia's Justin Gibbs and Craig Grohoski teaming for an 8-4 win at No. 3 soubles.

Alvernia got wins from Mike Brophy at No. 1 singles, Todd Unger at No. 3, and Gibbs at No. 5 to level the match at 4-4.  Lycoming earned the deciding point when Zach High took a 3-set victory at No. 4 singles.

Alvernia wraps up the season next Saturday at Messiah.
