How it Happened
  • Boreman started her round with a par at the first but then carded a bogey at the second and the fourth. Miksich hit a crisp iron shot over the front bunker and onto the middle of the green, the ball then started tracking toward the pin before disappearing into the cup for an ace. Miksich then recorded pars at the fifth and ninth holes but three bogeys on six, seven and eight saw her post a 41 on the front nine. Miksich then carded just one par on the back nine with multiple bogeys and doubles as she carded a 48 and finished with an 89 on the round.
  • Grace Spielman posted a 91 on the day and finished in 21st place. Spielman carded three pars on the front nine but a few bogeys and doubles plagued her front nine as she carded a 45. Bogeys continued to hamper her round on the back nine as she carded three bogeys but added two pars to post a 46 on the back and shoot a 91 overall.
