Reading, Pa. (April 7, 2026) - Alvernia University (1-6, 0-2) dropped a MAC Commonwealth contest to Albright College (9-4, 2-0) on Tuesday evening in men's tennis action in Angelica Park.

The Lions took the available doubles point after sweeping the doubles matches. Luke Bribois and Troy O'Malley fell at No. 1 doubles, 6-3. Lucas Montello and Duncan McDowell dropped No. doubles, 6-1, and Jordan Bosco and Andrew Kao dropped No. 3 doubles, 6-0.

Albright then won each singles match in straight sets to secure the 7-0 win. Montello and O'Malley took a pair of games at No. 1 and No. 4 singles, respectively. Brisbois and Kao each took a game from the Lions at No. 2 and No. 3 singles, respectively.

Alvernia is back in action on Thursday at Dickinson.
