Schoener competed in five events in 2022 and posted her career best 6k time at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals when she ran a 23:04.2 and finished 31st overall. Schoener finished 11th at the MAC Championships with a time of 23:21.5, which qualified her for the NCAA Regional. Schoener recorded a 6k time of 23:24.6 at Gettysburg’s Aubrey Schenk Invitational where she took 11th and posted a 23:40.0 at the Lock Haven XC Invitational. Schoener posted her career best 5k time at the LVC Dutchmen XC Invite with a time of 19:22.7 which was good enough for a sixth place finish.

Schoener competed in three events during the 2021 season and finished 30th at the MAC Championships with a time of 25:06.1, finishing with Third Team All-Conference honors. Schoener posted a 5k time of 19:50.2 at the LVC Dutchmen XC Invite where she took tenth and posted her career best 4k time at Goucher’s Gopher Twilight with a time of 16:25.9 and a first place finish.
