Kramer started in all 30 games for the Golden Wolves during her senior campaign and finished fifth in minutes played with 715. Kramer finished fifth in total points with 203, she added 187 rebounds and finished tied for third in steals with 39. Kramer came one block shy of tying her own single season block record as she recorded 63 blocks in 2022-2023 and finished her career as the career blocks leader with 211. Kramer also finished her career with the single game block record of 13 when she tallied a triple-double with 14 points, 13 blocks and ten rebounds in a victory over Arcadia. Kramer also was a member of a team that won the ECAC Championship and finished runner up in the MAC Commonwealth Championship.

2020-2021 (Sophomore)
Started in seven games for the Golden Wolves during the shortened 2021 season, making eight total appearances… averaged 8.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.8 blocks, and 2.0 steals per game… tallied 15 points, ten rebounds, and three blocks in a win over Albright (March 12)… recorded 14 points, 11 rebounds, six blocks and five steals in a win over Arcadia (March 18).

Scored a season-high 21 points against Widener on February 15.
