Lackner started in all 17 games for Alvernia during her senior season and recorded a career high 61 goals and added 19 assists for 80 points. Lackner set multiple career records during the 2024 season and broke Sam Landis’ career draw control record of 303 and finished her career with 325 draw controls. Lackner also recorded the best draw control per game average with 5.15 DCPG, she finished with the career caused turnover record with 120 and finished second in career points per game with 4.1 PPG. Lackner recorded a point in all 17 of Alvernia’s games this season and recorded 15 multipoint games. Lackner recorded a season high 11 points against Eastern and tied her career high in goals against Eastern with eight. Lackner recorded four or more points in ten of Alvernia’s 17 games in 2024 and averaged 4.7 points per game. Lackner recorded a team high 129 shots with 92 of them going on goal for a 71% shot on goal percentage. Four of Lackner’s goals came as game winners, 16 came on free position opportunities and she converted over 60% of her free position opportunities into goals. Lackner also picked up a team leading 54 ground balls, caused 37 turnovers and grabbed a team leading 86 draw controls. Lackner also finished first in the MAC Commonwealth in goals per game with 3.59 and second in points per game with 4.7. Lackner finished her historic career with 63 games played and made starts in 61 of those games. She finished third all time in career goals (201) and points (258) and finished fifth in assists (57). Lackner also became just the third Alvernia Women’s Lacrosse player to eclipse the 200th career goal mark and was the sixth player to record over 200 career points. Lackner finished a four time All-MAC Commonwealth Midfielder, a three time MAC Honor Roll honoree, an Academic All-MAC honoree and was the program's first player to be named All-Region with Second Team All-Region honors in 2023.

Lackner started in all 16 games for the Golden Wolves during her junior campaign and was Alvernia’s leader in nearly every statistical category. Lackner tallied 59 goals, 23 assists and finished with 82 total points, all of which ranked first for Alvernia. Lackner also led the MAC Commonwealth in goals (59) and goals per game with 3.69, she finished second in total points, third in assists per game with 1.44 and led the Commonwealth in shots with 130. Of Lackner’s 130 shots she put 103 on cage, which led Alvernia, she tallied 22 free position goals, picked up 47 ground balls, caused 32 turnovers and grabbed an Alvernia single season record 95 draw controls, which also ranked her second in the MAC Commonwealth. Lackner tallied a career high in goals with eight in a 14-12 victory over Hood and tallied her career high in points with 12 in a win over Eastern where she netted seven goals and added a career high five assists. Lackner becomes just the fourth Alvernia Women’s Lacrosse player to earn First Team All-MAC Commonwealth honors and is the first since Nora Walsh in 2014, she is also the first player in program history to receive All-Region honors. 

2022 (Sophomore)

Lackner started in 16 of Alvernia’s 17 games during her sophomore season and finished the year second in goals with 59 and second in total points with 63. Lackner fired 116 shots with 86 going on target, she tallied a team high 24 free position goals and netted two game winning goals. Lackner ranked third in ground balls and caused turnovers with 31 and 27 respectively and led the team with 93 draw controls. Lackner tallied four assists on the year and tallied her career high in points and goals with seven goals and two assists for a total of nine points in a 19-15 victory over Immaculata.

Played in 13 games, starting 12 games for the Golden Wolves. Led the team in ground balls with 32, caused turnovers with 24, and draw control wins with 51. Had a career high of seven points against Eastern University on march 24. Finished the season with 22 goals, 11 assists, and 33 points.
