Biography
2005: Completed nince races for the Crusaders...had best time of 23:47 at the Albright Invitational...finished 9th at both the Albright Invitational and the Alvernia Invitational.
2004: Completed all eight races for the Crusaders with a best time of 24:00 in the PAC Championships, hosted by Gwynedd-Mercy...finished 25th of 68 runners at the conference event...was the first Crusader to cross the finish line in all eight races.
2003: Completed eight events for the Crusaders including the NCAA Regional at Dickinson College (198th, 28:13)...broke the 24:00 mark five times during the season including a personal best 23:00 at the PAC Championships, hosted by Cedar Crest...finished 21st at the conference race.
