2007: Ran in all 8 meets for the Crusaders this season with a season low time of 36:11 at the Belmont Classis hosted by Cabrini College.

2006: Participated in all ten meets this year...best time was at the Elizabethtown College Invitational where he clocked in with a time of 25:44...best individual finish was at Albright College where he finished 16th.

2005: Had personal best time of 33:23 at the PAC Championships at Belmont Plateau.
