2014-2015:
Named All-Commonwealth Honorable Mention. Lead the team in assists with 86 and had a total of 231 points. She also had 90 rebounds and 20 steals.

2013-14: Named to All-Commonwealth Second Team. Named Alvernia Athlete of the Week (12/2) after scoring 15 points with seven rebounds and four assists in a 66-61 loss at Stevenson. Established a new career high by hitting 9-of-10 from the floor and 13-of-14 from the free throw line for a total of 31 points (Jan. 15). On Jan. 21, Kaitlyn was named the Commonwealth Conference Player of the Week. Named ECAC South Player of the Week (Jan. 22). Yoh scored a team-high 17 points in Wednesday's loss to Albright and scored 16 in a big win at Etown.  She went 10-12 from the free throw line Saturday and when Etown tied the game with 8 seconds left, Yoh pushed the ball down court and set up Tyra Roberts for a game-winning layup at the buzzer. Named Alvernia Athlete of the Week (Feb. 10). Has been named to the All-Commonwealth Conference Women's Basketball Second Team as announced by the Middle Atlantic Conference (Feb. 27). This is the first All-Conference recognition for Yoh who led the Crusaders in scoring and assists this season.  She scored 13.8 points per game and handed out 101 assists in 25 games.  She led the conference in assists and was sixth in scoring.  She ranked third in the Commonwealth in free throw percentage knocking down 125 free throws in 161 attempts (.776).

2012-13: Named to the Winter Academic Honor Roll.

2011-12: Started 14 games and came off the bench for 11 more.  She scored 175 points including a season high 15 against conference rival Elizabethtown. She posted team high 69 assists and 63 rebounds.
