2005: Had best time of 28:50 at the PAC Championships at Belmont Plateau...finished 2nd twice this year with times of 29:30 and 31:26 at the Alvernia Invitational and the Keystone College Invitational respectively...earned 2nd team All-PAC honors for his 12th place finish at the PAC Championship.
