2004: Had personal best time of 30:23 at the Eastern Regional at Allegheny College…finished second with a time of 32:29 at the Alvernia-Albright Invitational…finished fifth with a time of 30:54 at the Albright Invitational…named PAC runner of the week for week ended 10/25…earned All-PAC Second Team honors with a 13^th place finish at the PAC Championship.

2003: Had personal best time of 28:15 at the Delaware Invitational…placed 22^nd with a time of 31:08 at the PAC Championship at Cedar Crest…finished 16^th with a time of 34:18 at the Albright-Alvernia Invitational…was the top finisher in seven out of eight events this season.
