Finished his sophomore season with an overall record of 21-20 in the 165lb weight class. Vogel finished the season with five pins, seven technical falls, and three major decisions. He recorded a 26 second pin against Ohio Northern's AJ Szigeti at the Waynesburg Invitational. Took fifth place at the MAC Championship after defeating Xavier Barber of Wilkes with a pin in 5:26.
