Biography

2024 (Sophomore) 
  • Second Team All-MAC Commonwealth Shortstop
Hansen played in 37 games for Alvernia during his sophomore campaign and made starts in 31 games in the infield. Hansen posted a .280 average with 30 hits, 11 doubles, one triple and one home run, which came in a four hit, four RBI performance against TCNJ. Hansen drove in 22 runs in 2024 and scored 24 runs himself, he worked 16 walks, posted a .371 on base percentage, a .430 slugging percentage and a .801 on base plus slugging percentage. Hansen recorded hits in 20 games and had seven multi-hit games. Hansen also had one appearance on the mound for the Golden Wolves which came on Spring Break in Florida against Muskingum. In the field, Hansen recorded 48 putouts and 74 assists on 133 chances, he helped turn eight double plays and posted a .917 fielding percentage. Hansen also helped lead the Golden Wolves to the 2024 MAC Commonwealth title and also a NCAA Regional appearance. 

2023 (First Year) 

Hansen played in 42 games for the Golden Wolves in his first year and made starts in 15 of those games. Hansen tallied five hits, including one double, he drove in seven runs, scored 13 runs, worked eight walks and stole one base. In the field, Hansen tallied 29 putouts and 51 assists on 90 chances. Hansen was a member of a team that finished runner up in the MAC Commonwealth Championship and the ECAC Championship.
