Biography

2024 (Sophomore)

Coley made 19 appearances on the mound for Alvernia during the 2024 season, coming on primarily as the closer for the Golden Wolves. Coley recorded a team high seven saves with saves against Randolph Macon, Muskingum, Hood, Stevenson, York, and two against Hood in the MAC Commonwealth semifinal. Coley recorded 19 innings pitched, allowed just seven runs with five of them being earned, surrendered 13 hits, nine walks and fanned a career high 25 batters. Coley also recorded a 2-1 record with wins against TCNJ and Messiah and also recorded a 2.37 ERA. Coley recorded two strikeouts in eight games and recorded a strikeout in all but two games during his sophomore campaign. Coley made all three plays in the field with three assists on three chances and also helped lead the Golden Wolves to their fourth MAC Commonwealth title and their 19th NCAA Regional appearance.

Coley made seven appearances on the mound for the Golden Wolves during the 2023 campaign and finished with a 1-1 record. Coley started in six of the seven games he pitched in and tallied 26 strikeouts and allowed 23 hits in 16.1 innings of work. Coley tallied his only win against North Central where he threw six innings, allowed only two runs and scattered four hits, striking out 11 batters. Coley tallied only one assist on his only chance in the field and was a member of a team that finished runner up in the MAC Commonwealth Championship and the ECAC Championship.
