Biography

2024 (Junior)

Abele played in ten games for Alvernia during the 2024 season and started against Arcadia and Juniata. Abele recorded a two RBI double against Stevenson, he also scored a run against the Mustangs, recorded another run scored against Arcadia. Abele also recorded six appearances on the mound for the Golden Wolves and finished with 5.2 innings pitched, allowed six hits and struck out four batters. In the field, Abele recorded three putouts and one assist on four chances and was also a member of a team that won the 2024 MAC Commonwealth Championship and made an NCAA Regional appearance.

2023 (Sophomore) 

Abele played in 33 games for the Golden Wolves during his first year with the team and started in 20 of those games. Abele tallied 22 hits on 80 at bats, posting a .275 batting average, he scored 13 runs, tallied 11 RBIs and tallied four doubles and two triples. In the field, Abele recorded 28 putouts on 32 chances and was a member of a team that finished runner up in the MAC Commonwealth Championship and the ECAC Championship.
