Scarfone made nine appearances during the 2023 campaign for the Golden Wolves and posted a 2.08 ERA. Scarfone allowed three hits, one run, issued four walks and struck out three batters in 4.1 innings pitched during his first year and held opposing batters to a .200 batting average. Scarfone was a member of a team that finished runner up in the MAC Commonwealth Championship and the ECAC Championship.
