Lombardo played in eight games for the Golden Wolves during his first year and made two starts, which came in victories over Albright and Eastern. Lombardo scored runs against Albright, Arcadia and Delaware Valley and recorded his first collegiate hit against Eastern. Lombardo also worked walks against Albright, Arcadia and Delaware Valley and recorded a sacrifice bunt against Eastern. Lombardo tallied four putouts on four chances in the field and did not commit an error. Lombardo was also a member of a team that won the 2024 MAC Commonwealth Championship and made an NCAA Regional appearance.
