Started all 21 games for the Golden Wolves during the 2022 campaign and finished second in total minutes with 1,239. Spezialetti scored six times for Alvernia and tallied a team high seven assists. She went 5-5 in penalty stroke attempts and tallied one defensive save. Spezialetti was awarded with the Outstanding Female Athlete Award at the 2023 Alvernia Senior Athlete Banquet.

Started in all 20 games for the Golden Wolves finishing third in total minutes with 1,129. Spezialetti scored four goals on 28 shots with 15 of them being on target. She tallied four assists as well, which was tied for a team high. Spezialetti went 2-3 from the penalty spot and added three defensive saves for Alvernia.
