Melanie Rynshall, MS, LAT, ATC joined the Alvernia University Sports Medicine staff in the summer of 2018. Rynshall's primary works with Alvernia's field hockey, women's ice hockey (2019), and softball teams. A native of souther New Jersey, Rynshall earned her Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training in May of 2017 from Towson University. Rynshall continued her education at East Stroudsburg University in its accelerated advanced clinical practice program. While earning her Masters of Science in Athletic Training, Rynshall worked as a graduate assistant at Mansfield University, where she primarily worked with women's soccer, men's and women's basketball, softball, and baseball. Rynshall is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), Eastern Athletic Trainer Association (EATA), and Pennsylvania Athletic Trainer Society (PATS).Â
