Palmer played in and started in all 20 games for the Golden Wolves during the 2024 season and finished third in total minutes played with 1,205. Palmer was named a team captain in her junior campaign and netted three goals, added four assists for ten total points and marks the third straight season that she tallied ten or more points. Palmer netted goals against Arcadia, Immaculata and Albright and of those three goals, two of them came as game winners. Palmer also dished out assists against Susquehanna and Eastern and added assists in games against Immaculata and Albright to record two three point performances. Palmer also tallied 19 total shots with 15 of those going on goal and helped lead the Golden Wolves to the 2024 ECAC Championship.

Palmer started in all 17 games for the Golden Wolves during her sophomore campaign and led Alvernia in goals with four, assists with four and points with 12. Palmer tallied a goal and an assist in wins over Arcadia and Hood, she scored goals against Wilkes and netted the game winner in the final minute of regulation in a 4-3 victory over Lebanon Valley. Palmer also assisted against Messiah and Stockton, she fired a team high 26 shots with 20 going on target, also a team high, for a .769 shot on goal percentage. Palmer went 2-3 on penalty stroke attempts during the 2023 season.

Palmer started in all 21 games for Alvernia in 2022 and finished fourth in total minutes played with 1,216. She scored six times and added four assists during her first season. Palmer tallied 34 total shots with 27 being on goal for a 79.4% shots on goal percentage which was a team high (minimum of 10 total shots).
