Hess played in 19 games for Alvernia during her junior campaign and started in all 19 of those games. Hess recorded 1,093 total minutes played which marks the third straight season that she eclipsed 1,000 or more minutes played. Hess recorded six points in 2024 off two goals and two assists. Hess assisted teammate Kathryn Palmer on the game winning goal in a 2-0 victory over Arcadia and also recorded a three point performance against Elizabethtown with an assist and the game winning goal in a 3-2 victory. Hess also netted the lone goal in a 1-0 victory over Stevenson in the regular season finale and recorded one defensive save which came against Susquehanna. Hess also helped lead the Golden Wolves to the 2024 ECAC Championship. 

2023 (Sophomore)

Hess played and started in all 17 games for Alvernia during the 2023 campaign and finished in a tie for second in total points with nine. Hess netted four goals and added one assist on the year, she scored goals against Gettysburg, Haverford, Lebanon Valley and netted the game winner in a 2-1 victory over Arcadia. Hess recorded her only assist in the season finale against Widener, she tallied nine total shots with seven shots going on goal for a .778 shot on goal percentage and Hess also tallied a defensive save against Haverford.
