Thompson played in all ten games for the Golden Wolves during his senior campaign and was named a team captain. Thompson caught 52 passes for 702 total yards and nine touchdowns in 2024 which was a career high and also the single season record. Thompson caught a pass in all ten games during 2024 and recorded a season best 12 receptions for 131 yards and two touchdowns in the season opener against Ursinus and also recorded 100 or more receiving yards against Stevenson and FDU-Florham. Thompson also caught touchdown passes in eight of the ten games the Golden Wolves played in and averaged 5.2 receptions per game, 70.2 yards per game and tallied a season long reception of 63 yards against Stevenson. Thompson finished his career at Alvernia with his name posted all over the record book. Thompson owns seven receiving records in the Alvernia record book with the career yards record (1,746), career touchdowns (16), single season touchdowns (9), single season receiving yards (896), single season receptions (52), single game receiving yards (162) and also holds the program record for the longest reception with an 85 yard touchdown catch in 2023. Thompson also ranks second in total receptions with 110 and third in total touchdowns with 16. Thompson also became the first Alvernia Football player to receive All-Region honors in 2023 and he is a two time All-MAC wide receiver.

Thompson played in all ten games for the Golden Wolves during his junior campaign. Thompson finished the season with 896 receiving yards, which sets a new Alvernia single season record. He had 46 receptions for 896 yards and five touchdowns. Thompson had a season high 162 receiving yards against Stevenson on Homecoming, his 162 yards broke his own single game receiving record of 139 yards to set the new school record. Thompson also broke his own longest reception school record of 75 with an 85 yard TD catch against Stevenson. Thompson caught touchdown passes against Widener, Delaware Valley, Stevenson, Lebanon Valley and Albright. Thompson went over 100 yards receiving four times in 2023 and recorded at least two catches in all ten games. Thompson led the MAC in both total receiving yards and yards per game and also had the longest reception in the conference. Thompson is also the first Alvernia Football player in program history to earn All-Region honors.

2022 (Sophomore) 

Thompson played in nine games for the Golden Wolves in his first year with the team and caught 12 passes for 148 yards. Thompson reeled in Alvernia’s longest passing play from scrimmage with a 51 yard reception against Stevenson. Thompson tallied two touchdowns on the season, both of which came against Stevenson.
