Ryan Callahan enters this third season with the Alvernia University men’s basketball program.  Over his first two seasons as an assistant the Crusaders have compiled a 44-13 mark including winning an ECAC championship and a MAC Commonwealth championship.
 
Callahan assists Head Coach Mike Miller with all facets of the Alvernia University men’s basketball program including recruiting, scouting, administering practice and game coaching.
 
Before joining the Crusader staff Callahan was an assistant coach for Hopkinton High School and head coach of Next Level Basketball an AAU team in New Hampshire.
 
Callahan is a 2010 graduate of Mansfield University where he was selected team captain his junior and senior year and scored 1,000 points in just three years.  Callahan spent his freshman year at Division I Wagner College where he played in 18 games on the season and scored 31 points.
