2004-05: Straining was one of just two players to start all 28 games for the Crusaders...led the team in scoring nine times and in rebounding 15 times...second on the team in scoring at 15.1 points per game...recorded two double-doubles at Wilkes (26 points, 13 rebounds) and at Neumann (22, 11)...recorded career high in points (26) and rebounds (13) at Wilkes...tied a career high in steals at five and set a career high in blocks with four, twice.
2003-04: Started 27 games last year and played in all 28, Straining leads returners averaging 10 points per game last year. Proved to be a threat on both sides of the ball with 38 steals and 12 blocks.
2002-03: Scored a career-high 16 points and grabbed a career-high nine rebounds vs. Misericordia on 2/5...played in all 30 games starting the last 12...played a season-high 36 minutes at Randolph Macon in NCAA Second Round.
Highschool: A two-sport athlete at CD East...led the team in rebounding his senior year...played Harrisburg in the first round of District Playoffs...played both basketball and soccer.
