2007: Finished with an individual best time of 37:21 and a 28th place finish at Penn-State Berks.
2006: Ran in all eight regular season meets...had a time of 35:38 to put him in 36th place at the PAC Championship...best time came at the Elizabethtown College Invitational with a time of 24:58...best individual finish was 8th at Albright College.
High School: Participated in cross-country and basketball...received the coach's award...most improved player in both cross-country and basketball.
