Biography
2024 (Junior)
Henry competed in five of the six events for the Golden Wolves during his junior year and recorded a personal best 8K time of 27:10.5 at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational. Henry also recorded a 38th place finish at the Baltimore Metro Meet with a 5K time of 18:42.7.
2023 (Sophomore)
Henry competed in all six events for Alvernia during the 2023 season and posted a career best time in the 5K with a 18:34.4 time at the Baltimore Metro Meet to open the season. Henry recorded a season best time in the 8K at the Aubrey Shenk Invite with a time of 27:58.5 and also posted a season best finish at the Don Cathcart Invitational with a 36th place finish in the 8K.

Henry competed in six events during the 2022 season and posted his career best 8k time at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional with a time of 29:26.8 and recorded a time of 31:41.3 at the MAC Championships. Henry competed at the Lock Haven XC Invitational where he posted a time of 30:27.0, he posted a time of 30:21.4 at Gettysburg’s Aubrey Shenk Invitational and ran a 33:44.5 at the Don Cathcart Invitational hosted by Sailsbury. Henry also recorded an 8k time of 34:19.0 at the LVC Dutchmen XC Invite.
