Bechard played in 21 of Alvernia’s 26 games in 2022-2023 and was a member of the inaugural NCAA Men’s Ice Hockey team. Bechard netted two goals during his junior campaign, one against Neumann and another against Manhattanville where he also tallied an assist. Bechard also recorded assists against Rivier and Stevenson for a total of five points on the season. Bechard fired 19 shots on target, blocked eight shots and had the best plus-minus on Alvernia with +2.
