Finan played in 18 games for the Golden Wolves in his sophomore campaign and recorded seven points off two goals and five assists. Finan’s first goal of the season came in a loss to Wilkes and his second came in a 3-2 victory over Lebanon Valley where he scored the opening goal of the game. Finan’s five assists came against River in the season opener, Buffalo State, Chatham, Albertus Magnus and in the UCHC playoffs against Manhattanville where he assisted teammate Sawyer Senio. Finan fired 41 shots on goal in 2023-2024, recorded two blocked shots and was also a member of the team that recorded the first playoff win in program history with a 6-1 victory over Manhattanville in the UCHC Playoffs.

Finan played in 22 of Alvernia’s 26 games in 2022-2023 and was a member of the inaugural NCAA Men’s Ice Hockey program at Alvernia. Finan scored a team high 11 goals and tallied seven assists for a total of 18 points, which was the third highest on the team. Finan recorded a team high four points in a single game against Lebanon Valley where he recorded a hattrick and he assisted the game winning goal in a 6-5 OT win. Finan also netted one goal and tallied two assists against Chatham and is the only Golden Wolves to record a hattrick during the 2022-2023 inaugural campaign. Finan fired 55 shots on goal, which was fourth on Alvernia and blocked seven shots during the season.
