2023-2024 (Sophomore)
Gagnon played in all 27 games for the Golden Wolves during his sophomore campaign and was one of seven players to play in all 27 games. Gagnon recorded 16 points off an even eight goals and eight assists and recorded one multi-point game which came against Utica when Gagnon assisted on both of Alvernia’s goals. Gagnon scored goals against Manhattanville on two occasions, Wilkes, Buffalo State, Chatham, Arcadia, King’s and Utica. Gagnon blocked 22 shots on the season which ranked him third on Alvernia. Gagnon was also a member of the team that recorded the first playoff win in program history with a 6-1 victory over Manhattanville in the UCHC Playoffs. Gagnon netted Alvernia’s fourth goal in the victory.
2022-2023 (First Year)
Gagnon played in 22 of Alvernia’s 26 games in his first year and was a member of the first NCAA Men’s Ice Hockey team in Alvernia history. Gagnon recorded four total points with two goals and two assists on the season. Gagnon scored the opening goal in a 2-1 victory over Nazareth and the game winner in a 3-2 win over King’s. Gagnon tallied an assist against Utica and one in an 8-4 win over Manhattanville, he also tallied 23 blocks, which ranked third on Alvernia and finished with 42 shots on target.
