Biography
2024 (Junior)
Howley played in 11 games for Alvernia during the 2024 season and recorded 16 points off eight goals and eight assists. Howley recorded five multipoint games for Alvernia and tallied two points against Juniata, Keystone and Penn College. Howley also notched three points in a victory over King’s with two goals and an assist and recorded a season high four points in a win over Rosemont with one goal and added three assists. Howley fired 47 shots with 24 of them going on goal for a 51% shot on goal percentage. Howley also picked up six ground balls and caused seven turnovers including a season high four in a rainy 5-3 setback to McDaniel.
2023 (Sophomore)
Howley played in 13 of Alvernia’s 16 games during his sophomore campaign and made one start which came against Rosemont in the season opener. Howley scored a team leading 19 goals and added one assist for 20 total points, which landed him in a tie for the third most on Alvernia. Howley netted five goals in a win over Keystone and tallied four goals and one assist in a win over Immaculata. Howley fired a team high 83 shots with 38 going on cage, he scored four man-up goals, picked up 11 ground balls and caused two turnovers.
2022 (First Year)
Howley played in all 16 games for the Golden Wolves in his first year and finished with 13 points on 11 goals and two assists. Howley netted two goals on three occasions, against Immaculata, Messiah and he netted two goals and one assist in a victory over Carin. Howley fired 33 shots and put 18 on frame, he picked up 22 ground balls and caused 11 turnovers including two against Rosemont and York College of Pa.
