2024 (Senior)

Knowles played in 21 games for the Golden Wolves during his senior campaign and made starts in 19 of those games. Knowles was named a team captain for the third straight season and also recorded 1,329 minutes played marking the third consecutive season he logged over 1,000 total minutes. Knowles also recorded three total shots in 2024 which came against Muhlenberg, Lebanon Valley and Messiah. Knowles played in 83 of the 86 possible games during his Alvernia career and netted one goal which came in his freshman year. Knowles was also a part of and captained teams that recorded a 49-27-10 overall record, a 20-8-2 record in the MAC Commonwealth and won the 2023 ECAC Championship.

Knowles played in all 21 games for the Golden Wolves during his junior campaign and started in 18 of those games. Knowles was named a team captain for the second straight season and finished with a total of 1,114 minutes played. Knowles tallied four total shots in 2023, recording shots against Montclair State, Lebanon Valley and two against York. Knowles helped lead the Golden Wolves to the 2023 ECAC title with a 2-1 OT victory over PSU Behrend. 

2022 (Sophomore)

Knowles was named a team captain for Alvernia and started in 20 of 22 games and appeared in all 22 games for the Golden Wolves, finishing fourth in minutes played with 1,605. Knowles tallied seven shots with two of them going on target. 

2021 (First Year) 
  • MAC Academic Honor Roll
Knowles appeared in 19 of Alvernia’s 20 games in his first year and started seven of those for a total of 858 minutes played. Knowles scored once in a 3-0 victory over Hood and tallied six total shots with five being on goal.
