Cogill played in 22 of Alvernia’s 23 games during his historic senior season and started in 19 games with 1,300 total minutes played. Cogill was named a team captain and netted a career high 18 goals in 2024 and also led the MAC Commonwealth in goals and points with 38. Cogill’s 18 goals ranked him in a tie for the ninth most in all of DIII and his 38 points put him in a tie for 20th in the nation. Cogill recorded 13 multipoint games during his senior campaign including four point performances against Penn State Berks and #2 Cortland. Cogill added two six point performances, one against Rutgers-Camden in a 3-2 victory where he recorded a hat trick and the other came in a victory over Albright where he netted two goals and added two assists. Six of Cogill’s 18 goals on the season came as game winners and his six game winning goals was the second most in the Commonwealth. Cogill ended his historic career as a Golden Wolf with the career goals record with 42, the career points record with 103 and became the first Alvernia Men’s Soccer player in program history to record over 100 career points. He was named MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Year in 2024, First Team All-Region, MAC Senior Scholar Athlete and Scholar All-American. Cogill played in 81 of a possible 86 games in his career and was a part of teams that recorded a 49-27-10 overall record, a 20-8-2 record in the MAC Commonwealth and won the 2023 ECAC Championship.

Cogill played in 20 games for the Golden Wolves during his junior campaign and started in all 20 games. Cogill finished with 1,333 total minutes played, which ranked third among field players on Alvernia. He led the Golden Wolves in points with 32, assists with ten and his 11 goals was tied with teammate Connor Kraycik for the most on the team. Cogill’s 11 goals is the most by an Alvernia player since David McEwen netted 11 in 2011, his ten assists tied an Alvernia single season record and his 32 points is the most points in a season since Alvernia assistant coach Justin Allegra recorded 33 points in 2002. Cogill led Alvernia in both total shots with 73 and shots on goal with 35, he netted three game winners which came against Albright, Widener and netted the game winner in a 3-2 OT victory over FDU-Florham in the ECAC semifinal. Cogill went a perfect 4-4 from the penalty spot and helped lead the Golden Wolves to their first ECAC title since 2015 with 11 total points in the tournament.

Cogill appeared in 20 of Alvernia’s 22 games during the 2022 campaign and started in all 20 games, finishing with 1,204 total minutes played. Cogill led the Golden Wolves in goals scored with eight and was first in points with 18. Cogill added two assists in his sophomore year and led the team in total shots taken and shots on goal with 61 and 29 respectively. Cogill led the Golden Wolves with four game winning goals against Arcadia, Rutgers-Camden, Hood and York and converted all three penalty kick opportunities. 

2021 (First Year)

Cogill appeared in 19 of 20 games for the Golden Wolves and started in 17 of those, playing 1,034 total minutes during his first year. Cogill finished third in goals with five and also tallied five assists, finishing third in total points for Alvernia. Cogill fired 36 total shots, which was tied for second and his 15 shots on target were tied for the third most on Alvernia. Cogill had three game winning goals against Eastern Mennonite, Eastern and Hood.
