Lewis played in all seven matches for the Golden Wolves during his senior campaign and recorded the best singles record on the team with a 5-2 record. Lewis played all seven matches as the #2 singles player for the Golden Wolves and started his season with four wins in his first five matches. Lewis took down Dalton Alexander from Misericordia, Talan Nguyen from Penn State Berks, Peter Folga from Eastern and Jason Lutz from York. Lewis then recorded a victory over Stevenson’s Simeon Smith in the second to last match of the season. Lewis also played in the #1 doubles matches with teammate Lucas Berger and the duo recorded a 5-2 record in seven matches. The pairing of Lewis and Berger recorded five straight doubles victories with wins over Misericordia, Penn State Berks, Eastern, Albright and York before dropping the final two matches to Stevenson and Messiah. Lewis ended his Alvernia career with a 64-31 overall record and a 31-16 singles record and a 33-15 doubles record. Lewis tallied two nine win singles seasons and two ten plus win doubles seasons in his career and also recorded a 32-14 doubles record with teammate Lucas Berger in their four years together. Lewis ended his career a two time All-MAC Commonwealth selection, two MAC All-Sportsmanship honors and two MAC Academic Honor Roll honors.

Lewis played in all 14 matches for the Golden Wolves during the 2023-2024 season and recorded the best overall singles record on Alvernia with an 8-6 record in the #2 singles spot. Lewis recorded a 3-3 record in MAC Commonwealth play and took down Brady Vlha from Hood College, Fox Bryan from Albright and Sathwik Madasi from Stevenson. Lewis also picked up victories against PSU Berks, Arcadia, Misericordia, Moravian and PSU Abington. Lewis played in the #1 doubles matches all season with teammate Lucas Berger and the pairing finished with a 7-7 record. Lewis and Berger recorded wins over MAC Commonwealth opponents like York, Albright, Eastern and Hood.
2022-2023 (Sophomore)
Lewis played in 16 matches for the Golden Wolves during his sophomore campaign and posted the best records on the team in both singles and doubles with a 10-5 singles record and an 11-5 doubles record. In singles, Lewis played in the #2 spot, he posted a 3-2 record in the fall of 2022 before winning four of his first five matches in the spring. Lewis then finished the season 2-3 in his final five matches. Lewis played in the #1 doubles spot with teammate Lucas Berger during the 2022-2023 season and together they rattled off four straight wins to start the season and won four of their final six matches to finish with a 10-4 overall record.

Lewis played in 14 matches during the 2021-2022 season and finished with a 9-5 singles record and an 11-3 doubles record. Lewis went 3-1 in the fall of 2021 season and tallied a 6-5 record in the spring season. In doubles, Lewis played primarily in the #2 spot with teammate Lucas Berger, Derrick Boltz and Dylan Boltz. In the fall, Lewis went 1-3 in doubles play but finished the season out with a perfect 10-0 record in the spring with partner Lucas Berger and finished with a perfect 7-0 record in the MAC Commonwealth.
