Biography
2023-2024 (Senior)
Figurelli played in 13 of Alvernia’s 14 matches during his senior campaign and they all came as the #3 player. Figurelli recorded wins against PSU Berks, Arcadia and Misericordia in the fall season and tallied wins against PSU Abington and Hood in the spring. Figurelli also competed in doubles matches with teammate Luke Brisbois in the #2 slot and tallied a 6-8 record and 2-3 in conference play. The pairing recorded wins over Arcadia, Misericordia, PSU Abington, Hood, Eastern and Albright. Figurelli ended his career as a Golden Wolf with 52 total matches, a 24-26 record in singles matches and a 25-27 record in doubles matches.
2022-2023 (Junior)
Figurelli played in 15 matches for the Golden Wolves during his junior campaign and posted a 6-9 record in singles play and a 6-9 record in doubles play as well. Playing in the #3 singles spot, Figurelli went an even 2-2 in the fall before ripping off three straight wins to start the 2023 spring season with wins against Penn State Abington, Misericordia and Arcadia. In doubles play, Figurelli played in the #2 spot, posting a 1-3 record in the fall with teammate Shane Kern as his partner. In the spring, Figurelli posted a 5-6 record with Kevin Angeles as his partner, winning four of the first five matches they played together and tallied a win in the final match of the season against rivals Albright.
2021-2022 (Sophomore)
Figurelli played in 14 matches during the 2021-2022 season for Alvernia and posted a 10-4 singles record and a 10-4 record in doubles, including a 5-1 record against MAC Commonwealth opponents. Figurelli played in the #5 and #6 singles spots during his sophomore campaign and started the season 5-1, he then dropped two matches but responded by posting a 5-1 record to finish the spring season out and finish with a 10-4 overall record. In doubles play, Figurelli primarily played in the #3 spot, he posted a 1-3 record in the fall of 2021 playing with teammate Derrick Boltz and Lucas Berger. In the spring of 2022, Figurelli posted a 9-1 record, tallying two wins with Boltz as his partner, one win with teammate Michael Brophy and six wins with Drew Heinzelmann as his partner. Figurelli’s 10-4 records in both singles and doubles ranked first for Alvernia.
2020-21 (First-Year)
Finished the season with a 3-6 singles record and 3-7 doubles record in Spring 2021… secured a doubles win against Eastern University in the MAC Commonwealth quarterfinal (May 4).
