Biography
2022-2023 (Sophomore)
Indoor:
Jerome competed in eight competitions during the 2022-2023 indoor season including the MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships where he was a part of the Alvernia 4x200m and 4x400m teams. Jerome posted three career bests during the indoor season with each mark coming at different events. Jerome recorded his career best in the 500m with a 1:12.09 time at the Fasttrack Season Opener, he posted a 7.48 time in the 60m, a career best, and tallied his best 200m time at the Alvernia PLEX Shootout with a 24.01 time. Jerome helped the Golden Wolves 4x200 team post a 1:34.79 time and take fifth place overall at the MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.
Outdoor:
Jerome competed in five meets for the Golden Wolves during the 2023 outdoor season and recorded two career bests during the outdoor campaign. Jerome set a career best in the 400m at the Millersville Metrics meet with a time of 53.54 and also posted his career best 800m time at Susquehanna’s Jim Taylor Invite with a time of 2:19.63. Jerome was a member of the Alvernia 4x100 team that competed at the MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships and helped post a time of 44.26.
2021-2022 (First Year)
Indoor:
Jerome participated in five competitions during his first indoor season including the MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships where he was a member of the 4x400 team that posted a 3:39.12 time. Jerome also competed in the 200m and the 400m during the 2021-2022 indoor season and posted his best 200m time of the season at the Bucknell Bison Open with a 24.84. Jerome also was a member of the 4x200 team for the Golden Wolves at the Alvernia Winter Invite and helped post a 1:42.03 time.
Outdoor:
Jerome competed in seven events for Alvernia during the 2022 outdoor season and posted one career best time which came in the 100m at the Millersville Metrics meet with a 12.02 run. Jerome competed at the MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships and was a member of the 4x400 team that posted a 3:35.30 time. He also ran the 4x400 at the Elizabethtown Blue Jay Tune-Up where they posted a third place 3:28.70 time.
