2022-2023 (First Year)
Indoor:
Henry competed in four competitions for the Golden Wolves during his first year and competed in the 800m, the 4x800m and the 4x400m throughout the season. Henry posted his best 800m time at Alvernia’s PLEX Shootout with a time of 2:16.40, he ran the 4x800m at the MAC Indoor Championships and was a member of a team that posted a 8:53.35 time.

Henry competed in seven meets for Alvernia in his first outdoor season and tallied a career best in the 800m, the 1,500m and was also a member of the 4x800m squad that broke the school record with a 7:58.28 time at the MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, which was good enough for a sixth place finish. Henry tallied a career best 2:02.27 800m time at Shippensburg’s Paul Kaiser Classic and posted his career best 1,500m time at the Middlesex College Invitational with a 4:29.66 mark.
