Deb Schlosser was named the head coach for Men's Volleyball in January 2016.
Schlosser most recently served as the Assistant Men's Volleyball Coach at Kean University. The Cougars swept through the Skyline Conference with a 14-0 regular season mark in 2015, and went on to capture the program's fourth-straight Skyline Tournament Crown. The Cougars advanced to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division III Men's Volleyball Championships.
Prior to Kean, Schlosser was the boys Varsity head coach at Emmaus High School. During her 12-year tenure the Hornets won eight Lehigh Valley Conference division crowns, two LVC Championships and three District 11 Class AAA titles. She was named the District XI Boys Coach of the Year in 2010 and 2012.
Schlosser assists with the women's program at Moravian and is the head coach and club director of Club Lehigh Volleyball, a boys USAV club program. Since 2002 the club has trained dozens of athletes who have gone on to successful collegiate volleyball careers. She also coached girls club volleyball for eight years with Court Authority Volleyball and Synergy Volleyball.
Over the last decade, Schlosser has worked with USA Volleyball as a coach, evaluator and IMPACT clinician.She served as a coach at multiple USA High Performance and Regional High Performance Camps, and was an assistant coach for the USA Boys Youth Continental Team at the USA High Performance Championships in 2015.
During her career, Schlosser has been active on several boards. She has been the Northeast Boy's Council Rep Representative for the Pennsylvania Volleyball Coaches Association since 2008. She was a marketing chairperson and board member for the Keystone Region Volleyball Association (2003-08) and is on the Muhlenberg College Board of Associates. She is an AVCA member.
Schlosser holds a CAP II certification. She earned her bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University and her master's degree from Moravian Theological Seminary.
