Appeared in 25 games for the Golden Wolves in 2021… recorded a .423 batting average in 78 at-bats… tallied 33 hits, 24 RBIs, 12 runs, and six doubles… finished the season with a 12-1 record from the mound, recording a .60 ERA, along with a team-high 90 strikeouts… racked up 67 putouts and 16 assists during the season.
2020 (Senior)

Started in all 12 games of Alvernia's shortened 2020 season. Finished the season batting a .300 with 12 hits on 40 at-bats. Picked up her 100th career hit in what would become Alvernia's final date of competition on March 6th (vs. Plymouth State). Had four doubles, 10 RBis, and four runs scored on the season. Split defensive time between pitching and first base. In the circle, Shields finished with a 2.22 ERA and three wins over 41 innings pitched. Had 28 strikeouts and gave up just eight walks.Â

Appeared in 24 games for the Crusaders, making 15 starts on the mound. Pitching in 21 total games, Shields hurled a team-high 94 innings, gathering a 2.6 ERA while collecting 45 Ks.
