2012: Named Alvernia's Female Athlete of the Week (4/2) after leading Alvernia to a 6-0 week (4-0 Comm.) with nine hits, nine runs, and nine RBIs in six games including two home runs in a comeback win over Lycoming…four multi-hit games, four extra base hits.

2013: Finished the season with 22 hits, eight runs, 14 RBIs and one homerun in 26 games. Grim went 3 for 3 against Alfred University with one double and three RBIs.
