Biography
2024 (Graduate Student)
Sternberg competed in all six events for the Golden Wolves during her graduate season and posted a career best time in the 5k. Sternberg tallied a 5k time of 24:28.2 at the Baltimore Metro Meet in the first event of the season which marked a career best time. Sternberg also recorded a season best time in the 6k at the NCAA DIII Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships with a time of 27:03.9.
2023 (Senior)
Sternberg competed in all six events during the 2023 season. Sternberg posted a career best time in the 6k at the NCAA DIII Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships with a time of 26:46.2. Sternberg also posted a season best 5k time at the Baltimore Metro Meet with a time of 24:46.9.
2022 (Junior)

Sternberg competed in five events during the 2022 season and recorded her career best 6k time at the Lock Haven XC Invitational with a time of 28:59.4. Sternberg competed at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional where she posted a time of 29:56.7 and competed at the MAC Championships where she recorded a time of 29:46.4. She also ran at Gettysburg’s Aubrey Shenk Invitational and recorded a 6k time of 30:38.7 and posted her career best 5k time of 25:50.2 at the Baltimore Metro Meet hosted by Goucher College.
2021 (Sophomore)
Sternberg did not compete in an event during the 2021 season.
2020 (First Year)
No competitions were held due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
