Fries competed in four events during the 2022 season and recorded her career best 6k time at Salisbury’s Don Cathcart Invitational where she posted a 23:50.7 time and finished fifth. Fries competed at the MAC Championships where she recorded a 6k time of 25:10.2 and finished 48th. Fries recorded her second best 6k time of the season at the Lock Haven XC Invitational with a time of 24:17.4 and posted a time of 25:02.9 at the Aubrey Skenk Invitational hosted by Gettysburg College where she took 54th.

Fries competed five times during the 2021 season and posted her season best 6k time at the MAC Championships where she finished 17th overall with a time of 24:42.6. Fries competed at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships where she recorded a 6k time of 25:38.1 and took 64th. She finished 32nd and posted a time of 24:48.9 at the DeSales CC Invitational and posted a career best in the 5k with a time of 20:30.5 at the LVC Dutchmen XC Invite where she finished 24th. Fries recorded her career best 4k time at Goucher’s Gopher Twilight with a time of 16:29.2 and finished second.
2020 (Sophomore)
No competitions were held due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019 (Freshman)
Appeared in six meets, posting a best 6K mark of 25:33.9 at the NCAA DIII Mideast Region Cross Country Championship (placing 194th). Placed 75th at the MAC Cross Country Championship with a 6K mark of 25:53.4.
