Kight played in and started in all 17 games for Alvernia during her junior season and helped lead the Alvernia defensive unit. Kight led the Golden Wolves in both ground balls with 58 and also caused a team leading 34 turnovers. Kight also picked up 35 draw controls which was the third most on the team. Kight recorded a season high six caused turnovers against Hood and also added three ground balls. Kight also tallied four caused turnovers against Elizabethtown and three caused turnovers against Immaculata, Susquehanna, Eastern and Albright. Kight scooped up a ground ball in 16 of the 17 games during the spring and posted three or more ground balls in 11 games. Kight’s 34 caused turnovers is also the second most in a season behind former teammate Haleigh Lackner’s 37 caused turnovers in 2022 and her 58 ground balls is the most picked up in a single season by a Golden Wolf.

Kight played in all 17 games for the Golden Wolves during her sophomore campaign and started in 16 of those games for the Alvernia defense. Kight ranked second on the Golden Wolves in ground balls with 31 and picked up a ground ball in all but three games. Kight picked up a season high four ground balls against Marymount, three against Immaculata, Elizabethtown and Eastern and tallied eight games with two ground balls. Kight also caused the third most turnovers on the team with 19 and recorded four caused turnovers in victories over King’s and Elizabethtown and caused three against Marymount. Kight joined teammate Haleigh Lackner as the only players to be named All-MAC Commonwealth selections in 2024 with Kight earning her first career selection as a defender. 

2023 (First Year) 


Kight played in 15 of 16 games for the Golden Wolves in her first year and started in all 15 for the Alvernia defense. Kight scooped up 22 ground balls, tallying a season high four on two occasions, once against Lebanon Valley and again against Moravian. Kight caused 15 turnovers during the 2023 campaign, causing a season high three against Stevenson and also tallied two draw controls against Eastern.
