Strain did not compete in a game for the Golden Wolves during her senior year.

2023 (Junior) 
  • Honorable Mention All-MAC Commonwealth Defender 
Strain played in 17 of Alvernia’s 18 games during her first year with the team and made starts in 14 games. Strain ranked fourth among field players in minutes played with 1,301 and recorded two shots with one going on target which came in the season finale against Widener. Strain was a member of a defensive unit that kept four clean sheets with 2-0 victories over Goucher and Albright and 0-0 draws to Stevenson and Stockton.
